  This is nothing more than a Claire's mall boutique but with horrific customer service and highly inflated prices. Skip this place and go to a professional. We had no consultation, waited 45 minutes to be ushered into a unclean space to be told the services we wanted ( an upper ear piercing) were not able to be done. At that point we were made to pay a $25 set up fee for our wasted time. I couldn't be more disappointed. Save your money go to Claire's their peircing was $18.99 and could actually perform the job.

  I got my ears pierced here, but I wish I had done my research beforehand. I asked the questions such as whether they used needles or guns and how to take care of my piecing and they seemed knowledgeable about that. I'm not sure how much you should trust a salesman to be truthful about that which they want to sell you, however. My main issue is that they were misleading about pricing. I went in thinking I would pay a certain amount and get a certain package (I think there was some deal or discount?) I got sticker shock upon reaching the register--it turned out that there were extra fees that were not written down or on the signs or even in the contract I signed. I felt cheated, and stupid for trusting a mall business to be upfront about pricing. After all that, I learned to NEVER get your ears pierced in a mall. They are looking for people who are making rash decisions and won't necessarily guide you if you are uninformed.

  I have 13 piercings and got my newest piercing there and absolutely love it! They were quick and did an amazing job! I would go back to them then the other places I’ve been by far! They’re super friendly and make you feel comfortable and welcomed! I would definitely recommend them!
