  PEOPLE WITH BROKEN PHONES BEWARE!!! I would give these guys a 1 star if it wasn't for the positive experience i had with them in the past. I brought my phone in with water damage, and they said it was a $50 non-refundable deposit, but they assured me that they have had a lot of success in fixing them. Was sent an email saying my repair was complete. So i thought i was going in to pick up my fixed phone. Only to discover when i got there that it was beyond repair. The issue lies in how they determined that it was beyond repair. They said that the water damage had caused too much erosion to be fixed. In other words, they opened my phone up looked at it saw the erosion and decided that it was done for. How is that worth $50?!? Complete rip off, a mechanic wouldn't pop the hood, see a busted engine and charge $50. Never going back to this place. Would not recommend you to either

  Visited Fixology at Mall Of America in Bloomington, MN twice this week. First trip was to get three watch batteries replaced. Upon being greeted by the friendly staff, I was given a quoted price and time an went on about my business. When I returned in the estimated given time, the watches were all packed up neatly and ready to go and I was again greeted politely by the friendly staff. Knew we'd come back, just wasn't expecting so soon. Over a busy weekend, we realized that there was also one ring that needed to be correctly sized, so we took it back to our friends at Fixology and had an equally pleasant experience there as well. The staff really knows their skills and craftsmanship quite well. Don't even hesitate to give them your business, as I promise you will be satisfied. Thank you, Fixology!
