  Staff was helpful because they were trying to get me to buy a ring. They put the price tag on the ring after we had gone to the backroom and they checked my credit for financing. I stayed earlier in our encounter I had found a Neil Lane ring for 900$ and they said it was a bad deal. They tried to convince me to buy a 2700$ engagement ring without even telling me the price. Now I have an extra pull on my credit because all the do is give you the same conversation when questioned about things. Spoke too two different employees who both gave me word for word answers. Don't go here. They just tried to sell you over priced jewelery.
