  Very very bad customer service. Me And my family have been going to the mall of America for many years and never experienced something like this. We usually go to marshalls and buy things like anyone else would. And as we were in line to purchase a 65$ suit case and sweaters, a ladie who was assisting a customer told me not to put my foot on a suit case I was going to buy. We told her we were going to buy it and she continued to argue that unless I am not going to buy it I shouldn't put my foot on it. We told her to finish assisting her customer. We then were being assisted and she continues to argue that I was kicking the suit case. We then told her she was horrific and she attempted to call the police because of what we were telling her. The manager had to put her in a room so she does not continue to discuss with us. This caught many people's attention, never ever has this happened to us I am not pleased and do not feel very conforabtle shopping there anymore. We wanted to leave as soon as possible we didn't even want our change anymore !
