  Do not shop here!! The big guy Alex is a con man. It is not a Verizon store, like the sign would lead you to believe. Alex helped me buy my phone said something like "If you buy this phone you get three free accessories", and I said "Free free, or it is added on to bill?" He assured me it was 100% free. So he gave me a phone case, screen protector, and a car charger. The phone case was fine, but as he was putting one of those fancy glass screen protectors he was having a tough time adhering it to the phone because the S7 Edge is curved. He tried for a couple minutes putting it on/pulling it off, repeating for a few times. Finally he just throws it into the trash and says this screen protector isn't going to work. I say Ok give me another one. He says "why does it matter if you have one or not, it is free?". I sold cell phones for 5-6 years in the 90's and early 2000's so I know nothing is REALLY free. So I asked for another screen protector and he said they don't have any that will work. Whatever I needed a phone so I bought it. Before I paid for it I saw a little sign that said people who purchase the phone get a Samsung Gear VR, mentioned it to him and he was like "Oh I didn't know that, I guess that's the promotion." So he printed off an extra receipt I could mail in. Pretty bad if you can't read the promotional sign right in front of you. When I got home I looked at the receipt and ALL THREE accessories were billed on there, including the $45 glass screen protector! Then there was a discount applied to effectively make them $0. Still though why am I being "charged" for something he threw in the trash. So I went and talked to Alex the next day and explained that I know he is making commission off selling these accessories and I was billed for something he threw in the trash. His response was "why does it matter if you didn't pay for it?" After about ten minutes of arguing with him that he is getting paid for throwing something in the trash which I now don't have the benefit to use he says "well go buy the phone somewhere else then." I happily took that offer and got a full refund and went to the REAL Verizon store a little north of here. Do not buy, at least from Alex, he is unscrupulous at best.

  If I could give negative stars, I would. My first experience here was atrocious. Sales people were neither friendly, nor helpful. Later visits (to attempt to remedy the issues they created the first time I made the mistake of coming here) made it clear that it's less the sales people and more the owner, Drew, that is the root cause of all problems. WARNING!!!! Sales are MISLEADING and COSTLY. They installed a screen protector on the phone I purchased and when it proved to be 1: installed incorrectly by the sales person, and 2: a terrible brand that rendered my touch screen useless, I tried to return it within the 2 week time period in which I was told I could do so. I was informed that i would only receive $28 for the $40 screen protector beause they had to take taxes out!!!! This is unacceptable. Twice I requested a call from the owner, Drew, who does not work on-site, and twice he blew me off. I will never patronize this location again and I'm still waiting on a call from this ever elusive Drew.
