  Is it possible to rate a company with a negative star rating? This company promises contractors qualified leads for a fair price. They recently "refilled" my account to the tune of $450 without my consent, stating that it was part of an ongoing contract. I had not even spoken with someone from their company for over 1 year because I had already cancelled service. I called to get my money back and I was told I could only receive the money in "leads". I disputed the charges with AMEX and called to talk to their customer service department. The service manager Chris, was beyond difficult and ended up hanging up on me. I checked the BBB to report them, but they already have an F rating. Not too sure what else to do. I am filing complaints with Rip off report, Bloomington MN city business department, and the BBB (both mine and theirs). If anyone has had a similar experience, please post.
