  When I purchased my first item at Old Navy 12 years ago the store was a disorganized disaster. All teenage staff who had no clue what they were doing and store manager was just a lazy. In 2010 I returned to a newly renovated store. Every employee was working hard where they were needed at, helped every customer when needed. The customer service and clothing selections just keep getting better year after year. Store: gets 5 stars from me. Staff and management are absolutely curious and fantastic. I am proud to be an Old Navy Member!
