  Pat was extremely helpful. She taught us about different types of recliners, and how to best test them to find a chair that fit us, both physically and aesthetically. She answered all of our questions and helped us find really good deals, then explained the plans and things to us in a way that we understood, without sounding patronizing. It was a really good visit, and we're very excited about our chairs.

  I saw a mattress online that I wanted to purchase so I decided to go to this location. When I got there customer service rep walked away and then came back and asked "Can I help you?" I was interested in the Dunlavy mattress. He told me that I couldn't take the mattress with me. Okay right there should have been a red flag!! So long story short, he tells me what the price is and how this is the only mattress. I am in the process of setting up the order and I inquired about the $50 off $299 or more. He says no I can't use it because it's a hot buy. Well I just got the same GOSH DARN MATTRESS ONLINE WITH MY $50 OF A PURCHASE OF $299 OR MORE. Please if you look like me spend your money at another slumberland location or somewhere else where you are valued as a person and a customer.
