  Why you would hire someone like Ann as an assistant manager or for any position is truly unbelievable! If you care about this location I would recommend evaluating her for just 5 minutes and that should be enough for you to see what I mean. I could go on and on and point out all of her flaws from a customer's view but you should've used some common sense before hiring this type of employee to interact face to face with customers. If you decide to keep her around I would recommend putting her in charge of anyone that might be trying to steal gas. Anyone who sees this knows what I mean. Based on her notepad, she is obviously more concerned about documenting licence plate #'s than actually helping customers in front of her.
