  Yesterday morning, I fumbled my Samsung Galaxy S4 and cracked the screen for the third time in its long and storied life. I decided that was a fine indication that it was time for me to finally get an upgrade. When I entered the shiny, new space that houses the AT&T store I was immediately greeted by Morgan. She took me over to one of their tables and we got to work on figuring out what phone would work best for me. I shot out a few quick questions about the Galaxy S7 to which I received rapid fire answers. She knew her stuff about their products. The thing that topped off my experience was that Morgan noticed that my family's plan was outdated and we'd been paying more than we needed to be. So now we're getting more data and paying significantly less every month even with the insurance I decided it was time to put towards my new phone. I ended up grabbing a nice case which she then put my S7 in for me before I left. I immensely appreciated how quickly and professionally she worked and she made sure that I had all of my questions answered before walking me to the exit. That was easily some of the best customer service I have received in my life. Morgan was fantastic.
